This disclaimer covers everything published by Zulz Trades ("Zulz Trades", "I", "me"), including this website, the free and premium Discord servers, the Sierra Chart template, the Zulz Trade Journal, live trading sessions, and all content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and any other platform. By using any of it, you agree to this disclaimer.

Education and entertainment only

All content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any futures contract, security, cryptocurrency or other financial instrument. Any trade shown, discussed or called out live is my own decision for my own account and is not a signal for you to copy.

I am not a registered investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, broker-dealer or financial planner, and I am not registered with the SEC, CFTC, NFA or any other regulatory body. Consult a licensed financial professional before making any financial decision.

Funded accounts, evaluations and live accounts

Because of how the trading and proprietary trading firm ("prop firm") industry works today, the trades and results I show on social media, in the Discord, on this website or in my journal may come from any of the following:

• Funded accounts provided by third-party prop firms,
• Funded account evaluations (challenges or combines), or
• Live accounts with real capital.

Many prop firm evaluations and funded accounts are simulated trading environments. Profits shown on them may not reflect real money gained or lost and may not reflect the fills, slippage or liquidity of a live market. I do not always specify which type of account a trade was taken on. Do not assume that any result shown represents real money in a live brokerage account.

Hypothetical and simulated performance

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.

Risk of loss

Trading futures, options, forex and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Leverage can work against you as well as for you, and you can lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Most retail day traders lose money.

No guarantees

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Results shown are not typical, and there is no guarantee that you will make money, pass a prop firm evaluation or receive a payout by using any method, model, template, tool or community I offer. Your results depend on many factors, including your own skill, discipline, risk management, capital and market conditions.

Products and tools

The Sierra Chart template is a chart layout and settings file. It does not place trades, generate signals or provide advice. The Zulz Trade Journal is a record-keeping tool; any statistics or findings it shows describe your own past trades and are not recommendations. Discord memberships provide access to a community and educational content. Purchases on Whop are subject to Whop's terms and the terms shown on each product page.

Zulz Trades is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Sierra Chart, Discord, Whop, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, any exchange, broker, data provider or prop firm. Community content

Messages, charts and opinions shared by other members in the Discord belong to those members and do not represent Zulz Trades. Do not rely on them as advice.
